Company overview
Professional Solution Advisors, LLC. was started due to a desire to truly have the client’s best interests in mind. After many years of working with resellers that have expensive overhead costs in their business model (sometimes due to their lifestyles, but often due to staffing and inventory) I realized that the client cannot be first in those environments due to the greed and the cost of doing business that is inherent in “brick and mortar” resellers. This epiphany caused us to completely shift our efforts to a “client first” focus. This focus has changed the manner of doing business in a way that has been very well received by our clients. Our overhead is at a minimum and our pool of very highly qualified engineers virtually limitless.
Basically, our team supports clients on projects that are outside of their internal team’s ability to support (due to time allowed or expertise). Our team interviews the key people for input on the problems and what the solution needs to look like. We then supply the client with options to address the issues that are in question. The solution is presented and you have the option to purchase from us or from your existing reseller (CDW/DELL/Etc…) then, if needed, we can work with your team to manage the correct implementation of the solution.
